Once a trader is willing to buy or sell, she is red or yellow, green if she does not want to engage in market activity.

You may use the sliders in order to try to find wich configuration produces the maximum stylized facts :

which prices can you produce ? 100, 100.1, 100.12, 100.(3/16), etc.
% of cancellation
how much of the ask-list and the bid-list is cancelled at each new iteration
how many traders are allowded to speak at the same time ?


This applet has been created by Olivier Brandouy using the NetLogo tool.

The applet requires Java 1.4.1 or higher. It will not run on Windows 95 or Mac OS 8 or 9. Mac users must have OS X 10.2.6 or higher and use a browser that supports Java 1.4. (Safari works, IE does not. Mac OS X comes with Safari. Open Safari and set it as your default web browser under Safari/Preferences/General). On other operating systems, you may obtain the latest Java plugin from Sun's Java site.
